Affirmations are affirmations that help change the way we think and shape the future we want. But not only ... Affirmations are thoughts, words, feelings, emotions that each of us uses in everyday life. At the same time, as we all understand, we use not always positive, but also negative statements. So first of all, if you want to change your life for the better with the help of affirmations, then you need to use them only in a positive way.

So how does it work?
Think about what you are saying? Count how many times a day, for example, you or the people around you say the word "Nightmare !!!" and "Horror!!!" These words must be forgotten! Each time, instead of them, say "Hurrah!" If it’s difficult to do this out loud, you can say it to yourself. The main thing is to replace every negative impulse with a positive one.

Or, for example, the phrase of a surprised person “Wow!” doesn't stand up to scrutiny at all. Remember once and for all - "All to yourself." And only in this way, then well-being will follow you around.

Our thoughts and emotions shape our lives and remember that like attracts only like. Negative thoughts attract negative events into our lives, and fears and fears will certainly come true, since we ourselves have projected them. What you think about is what you become.

From the foregoing, we can draw a wonderful conclusion: “positive thoughts and emotions of love, happiness and pleasure will attract happy events and people we need into our lives.”

Well, for those who are convinced that this does not work. I will explain that affirmations may not work in only one case - if there is a conflict between what you say and who you really are. That is, if you think one thing, say another, and mean the third, then your guardian angels all the more cannot understand what you really want to receive. That is, if you say “I want a suitcase of money” every day, and the subconscious mind answers “Yeah, hee hee, now I’ll repeat it 10 more times and get two suitcases ... This theory does not work”, of course, nothing will work . Because there is no specific goal. There is a simple "I want".

The main thing is your positive attitude, the belief that everything will work out for you. First come to harmony within yourself, and you will immediately notice that the world around you has changed. Changed as much as you wanted.

So, first of all, any positive statement formulated in the present tense or as a fait accompli. Secondly, there should not be a “not” particle. Thirdly, it should be directed only to a good cause and in the name of goodness and love throughout the Universe.

And one more thing, not those desires that you think you want come true. And those that your subconsciousness really wants to fulfill. So, do not be surprised if what you so passionately wanted to come true, but were even afraid to think about it ...

Of course, I cannot fail to cite the example of the great Louise Hay, who is the founder of the theory of affirmations. Despite the fact that she was born into a very poor family, was bullied by others as a child and many other things that I will not talk about, she changed her life with the help of positive thinking, which became the essence of her life (those who wish can read her book, where she talks a lot about the path of this change). And everything that Louise Hay managed to achieve, she achieved without outside help through the active application of the method of positive thinking she mastered and even improved, which is based on her unique affirmations. This woman restored her ruined health on her own (she got rid of uterine cancer without drugs and operations, but only with the power of thought) and improved her destiny!

Another important note. Affirmations can change your life, so, first of all, think about whether it is worth changing the life that you have now. As the saying goes, don't fix what isn't broken. If you have firmly decided that you need change, like air, then go ahead. Great things are ahead of us.

Saying affirmations is an effective way to achieve your goal, happiness, love, inner harmony, health and well-being. Work with them every day, saying them out loud or to yourself, and the result will not keep you waiting!

And the last piece of advice, before you start using affirmations, ask forgiveness from yourself and your body for thinking badly about someone (especially about yourself) before, for having experienced negative emotions, and promise yourself from now on to think and speak only positively. And keep that promise.

When only positive thoughts, feelings and emotions fill your life, peace, mutual understanding, sympathy, the ability to forgive and, most importantly, love will come with them and stay with you forever.

Endowed with powerful power, affirmations are given to help us change our beliefs, and therefore our reality.

Affirmations can be used in different ways.
  • you can compose them yourself or combine already known affirmations with each other and thus derive your own;
  • write / rewrite ready-made affirmations yourself and pronounce them yourself;
  • listen to audio/video media.

The power of affirmation. Rule one.

When you say affirmations, it is extremely important to keep track of what is called underwater thoughts. These are thoughts that have a completely different meaning, not the one we would like.

For example, when you say a positive affirmation, resistance may appear inside, an internal protest and an undercurrent of your thoughts will say that this is not so, that this is absolute nonsense.

So the first rule is:

If you want affirmations to work effectively, watch your undercurrents of thought and ignore the thoughts that come up in the background or echo behind your affirmation.

The main thing here is to simply repeat affirmations and not pay attention to internal resistance and rejection, doubt, distrust. At first, this disbelief in affirmations will be and it just needs to be accepted.

It's important to really believe in them. The mind must agree that affirmations exist and they work. If there is a discrepancy between the mind and affirmations, this will not work and the expected effect will not come.

For example, if you accustom yourself to the idea that wealth is available to everyone and everyone, that you always have any amount and live for your own pleasure, then you don’t need to jump away from an expensive thing, look at it with envy, and even more so say to yourself: I will never be like this."

It is better to go to an expensive boutique and feel at home there. If you are embarrassed to think about money or pass by an expensive boutique again and envy that cool car, this means that your affirmations have not leaked into your reality in any way and have not changed your perception.

Remember!

Affirmations are designed to help us change reality and create new beliefs.

Their main mission is not just to cheer us up for five minutes, but to help us begin to perceive ourselves, the world, people and any situation that you are working on using this essentially powerful tool, affirmation.

Allow yourself to say/listen to the affirmations as many times as you need. Even if you just include them as a background, it will already be useful.

The power of affirmations- let's not ovation (something pulled me to poetry). It's time to write about another "tool" that is designed to help with . It must be admitted that the popularity of this topic is very serious (more than 50,000 requests per month according to Yandex). Is it such a cool tool and what is the reason for its popularity? Let's figure it out...

First you need to decide on the wording. An affirmation, in simple words, is a short saying, by repeating which you set your mind in a positive way (self-hypnosis).

Every time when it comes to methods of suggestion, I am reminded of the semi-joke about "magic healers". The session… The healer works with the “patient”, putting his hand on his head and repeating over and over again: “Get up and go… Get up and go… Get up and go…” Five minutes have passed, the “patient” can’t stand it and says: “Doctor, I I know how to walk, I would like to restore my vision 🙂 ... "

Why did I give such an example. I, like each of you (most likely), had not quite easy times in my life. Sometimes you walk down the street with the last two hryvnias in your pocket, but you radiate optimism, hold on proudly, playing the role of the person you want to be. Great…

After watching the movie "The Secret" and reading books about positive thinking, you are 100% sure that a miracle will happen to you in the near future: you will win the lottery, get an inheritance or a job of your dreams, on which you will not need to do anything, and money will flow like water . What leads to such arbitrariness...? To delay the inevitable.

The power of affirmations.

Let's take a look at the pros and cons of affirmations...

They have one plus, though quite weighty: Affirmations can serve as a “trigger” for starting or. Their role reminds me of spark plugs in a car engine - to give a spark, nothing more. Affirmations will help start your "action engine". It is only important to understand that if you sit and say affirmations all day long, the best thing that awaits you ahead is starvation (dark humor 🙁).

Now whoever needs to sit down, because I'm going to critique affirmations a bit.

  1. It must be admitted that affirmations carry a sufficient amount of self-deception. We inspire ourselves with something that is not really there. “Overdoses of self-deception” will eventually poison your life as positive thinking often runs counter to reality (we refuse or dare to accept reality). Not wanting to see the truth, you move away from the real you.
  2. Our life is a balance of positive and negative. The constant suppression of negativity with positive leads to the accumulation of negativity in “your body (and it is not excreted naturally 🙂”. What will happen next? The so-called “negative obesity.” I will give a not very pleasant example, but this equates to the fact that you are eat for days and don't go to the toilet, it will kill you.
  3. Sooner or later you will need to face the truth and accept it. The main thing is that after that it should not be excruciatingly painful for the aimlessly lived years.
  4. The most important thing in this life BE, NOT SEEM TO BE!!!

It is important to understand that affirmations may work in the short term, but they have nothing to do with the long term! Their biggest disadvantage is that people, like drug addicts, “get hooked” on them and lose touch with reality, trying to live their UNCONSCIOUS life “in a soap bubble of positive”.

Stop... Read it again... And now tell me how to connect this statement with positive thinking? At first glance, in any way, but in this saying our whole life !!! What matters is the right attitude towards these problems. It's up to us to choose whether to see them as problems or as opportunities for growth!

I have repeatedly written about how I managed to reach the bar of 88 kg and maintain this figure for several years without any diets and obsessions about losing weight. When compiling for this year, I thought about a new bar. Looking at myself in the mirror (and to be honest), it was impossible not to notice the "extra" in the abdomen. Then I thought it would be nice to fix it.

This Friday (07/29/16) I decided to do a control weigh-in before training in the gym. And here she is the cherished figure of 85 and a half kilograms (with sneakers and clothes: naked, it was somehow inconvenient to hang down, at least in front of the girl at the reception 🙂). Now a new goal has been drawn: to keep this indicator at the achieved level. There is a lot of work to be done, but when for the first time in many years you see essays (so far only essays) of the upper six pack, then it's worth it, friends.

I conducted a large number of experiments that either helped me achieve my goals or threw me back, but the main thing I want to note: “It was not affirmations or visualizations that helped me in achieving, but a great Desire to change my life and persistent purposeful work !!!” Which is what I wish you.

Affirmations help rewire your brain so that look at things from a different angle. These are little reminders who we are and who we should be. We came into this world to be happy, not to complain, suffer and be unhappy.

Our beliefs are formed from childhood. And not always these beliefs help us to have a positive experience in life. Some limit our power and potential. Our thoughts either pull us back or help us grow and develop.

Our thoughts are our emotions.

Emotions are our actions.

In our head, we constantly scroll through the same scenarios and not always the ones that make us happy.

Here the choice is ours. Either we program ourselves, or we are programmed.

We have many fears. We worry about the future, for ourselves and for our loved ones. We are afraid to step out of our comfort zone, even when is in the comfort zone disgusting.

Everything we think about grows, so you need to think about what you want from life.

How to use affirmations

Use affirmations as a tool to boost your energy and brighten up your days. Remember that this is not about ignoring problems, but about reprogramming your brain to ask yourself: How can I look at this situation differently? What's good here? What is really true?

You can make a desktop wallpaper, make a list in a notepad or on your phone.

Through this conscious process, you can change habits, deal with despair and helplessness, develop independence, improve health, even change your appearance.

I advise you to make it a rule to give yourself only positive attitudes. Positive thinking will bring you the desired benefits. Thoughts are a treasure that everyone has. Manage them properly.

How soon can you achieve the desired changes using this method, you ask? It depends on the scale of the goal itself, the time spent, faith and sincerity of feelings, the strength of your desire. Learn to accurately define your goals and patiently wait for their fulfillment.

Affirmations will not work if positive spirit, strong character and inner strength are only present in you for a few minutes when you repeat the settings.
